The Second Annual Celebration of Heroes, Heart and Hope seeks to literally change lives of physically challenged athletes. By providing much-needed funding that will enable them to live their dreams, and participate and compete in the sports they love. Proceeds from this inspirational evening will be used by the Challenged Athletes Foundation (CAF) to pay for specialized equipment, training and other programs that benefit challenged athletes across the United States – and around the world.
