When does registration open?

Registration will open on May 1, 2011.

If I am not able to participate once I register, may I request a refund of my entry fee?
Entry fees are non-refundable and entries are non-transferable. CAF will grant a refund of a deposit only in the case of a medical situation documented by a medical professional. Entries can be carried over to 2012 in select cases, at CAF's discretion.

What is the average temperature in San Diego at the beginning of October?
You can count on ideal weather in late October. Expect the temperature to hover in the mid-60s during hours of the Tour de Cove.

How do I know that I'm registered?
All entries received will be confirmed by email. Final information packets will be sent via email approximately one month prior to the event. You can also confirm your registration by emailing Jennifer Rose at Jennifer@challengedathletes.org.

Is the Tour de Cove challenged athlete friendly?
Of course! We encourage challenged athlete participation! If you need assistance with rollers or use of a Krankcycle please contact JulieAnne@challengedathletes.org.

What will I receive as part of my participation in Tour de Cove?
All participants will receive an exceptional goodie bags including a t-shirt, cycling jersey, towel, duffle bag, and more! Yellow Jersey participants also receive athletic shoes.

Are refreshments provided during Tour de Cove?
Yes, volunteers will be distributing water, electrolyte replacement, fruit and bars throughout the session right to the participants.
