The Million Dollar Challenge (MDC) isn’t just a ride – it’s a life-changing journey. Ride through the most beautiful parts of the California Coast from Santa Rosa to San Diego, experiencing breathtaking coastal landscapes, conquering iconic climbs, and forming unbreakable bonds with your fellow riders.

2025 Million Dollar Challenge

The reimagined 2025 MDC offered a fresh take on a classic ride. Different from years past, we started in the heart of California Wine Country in Santa Rosa, offering an opportunity to add on an extra day of riding in this NorCal cycling mecca.

After crossing the Golden Gate Bridge, the ride headed south, hugging the breathtaking California coastline. As the journey neared the end riders enjoyed a special half-day ride out of Santa Barbara with a transfer to their final night’s celebration in Dana Point. The final miles included an emotional ride into La Jolla Shores, greeted by families, friends, and the CAF community.
