Eva Gordon serves as the Northern California Senior Programs Manager at CAF. Prior to joining CAF, she gained experience through internships with the Shirley Ryan AbilityLab and the United States Olympic & Paralympic Committee. In her role, Eva leads adaptive sport clinics and programs across the greater Bay Area, with offerings expanding from Sacramento down through San Jose and surrounding communities.

Eva is passionate about the power of adaptive sports to build community and create opportunities. She especially enjoys seeing community members and their families connect with one another, whether they are exploring a sport or activity for the first time or receiving structured coaching to further develop their skills.
