EōS Fitness and CAF: Empowering Inclusivity and Wellness Through Partnership

CAF Staff

CAF recently connected with Shilpi Sullivan, Chief Marketing Officer at EōS Fitness, to talk about how this fast-growing gym chain is helping shift the fitness landscape to be more inclusive and empowering for everyone. Shilpi brings passion, energy, and lived experience to the role, and it’s clear that the partnership between EōS and CAF is built on shared values. What started as a connection around access and equity has grown into a long-term investment in the lives of adaptive athletes across the country.

EōS Fitness: Building a Welcoming Space for All

EōS Fitness isn’t your typical gym. Their culture is built on the idea that fitness is for everyone—regardless of where you start or what challenges you live with. With a mission to create loyal, lifelong fans and exercise practitioners, EōS has focused on removing barriers and opening doors through flexible memberships, welcoming staff, and innovative recovery and training spaces.

“We want everyone to feel like they belong,” said Sullivan. “That’s why we design our gyms to be accessible, energetic, and supportive—places where people can build confidence and community at the same time.”

How EōS and CAF Are Creating Change Together

Since teaming up in 2021, EōS and CAF have worked side-by-side to bring more athletes into the fold. The partnership has led to tangible upgrades inside EōS locations: adaptive equipment installations, modified group fitness options, and personal training teams who understand the specific needs of athletes with physical disabilities.

But the impact goes beyond equipment. The energy of the EōS community shows up in full force at CAF’s signature events, including the Tour de Cove ride during Community Challenge Weekend. It’s not just a ride—it’s a symbol of what’s possible when people show up for each other.

Real Progress, Real Impact

EōS Fitness doesn’t just talk about making fitness more inclusive—they back it up with action. In just a few years, this partnership has raised nearly $500,000 to support athlete grants, events, and equipment. More than 50 CAF athletes now have Premier Memberships to EōS gyms across the country, giving them consistent access to high-quality training environments year-round.

That level of investment—financial, emotional, and operational—has made a real difference. For athletes looking to return to sport, build strength, or simply find community, EōS is helping make it possible.

Beyond the Workout: Prioritizing Mental Wellness

EōS understands that health is about more than reps and routines. Their gyms feature recovery spaces that offer compression boots, massage chairs, and more—all aimed at reducing stress, enhancing mobility, and supporting mental wellbeing. That focus on holistic care reflects what so many adaptive athletes already know: sport is a mental game as much as it is a physical one.

Redefining the Fitness Experience

With plans to expand, innovate, and continue improving the member experience, EōS is setting a new standard for what a gym can be. From personalized smart equipment to open, music-filled spaces that radiate energy, every detail is designed to invite people in and keep them coming back.

Sullivan says the vibe is unmistakable. “Our gyms are loud, they’re full of life, and they’re built for everyone. That includes athletes who are often overlooked in the fitness industry. We’re proud to be changing that alongside CAF.”
