CAF believes that involvement in sports at any level increases self-esteem, encourages independence, and enhances quality of life. Belonging to EōS Fitness means that CAF athletes (and one guest) will be able to find a safe, accessible, and encouraging environment to participate in sports and physical activities.
CAF is proud to partner with EōS Fitness to offer a free membership to individuals with a physical disability in select locations.
Challenged athletes residing near an EōS Fitness Location (must use membership a minimum of 4x per year). Medical Verification of Disability is required.
The grant recipient will work with CAF and EōS Fitness to start their membership.
The CAF EōS Fitness Grant application is open year-round.
