Eligibility

1. Residents of Idaho with permanent physical disabilities are eligible to apply for the CAF Idaho grant. Teams, organizations, etc. are not eligible to apply. Hearing impairments, Intellectual and developmental disabilities do not qualify for support through CAF.

2. Medical documentation of disability and proof of residence is required.

3. Applicants are eligible for a sports expense grant once a year, and an equipment grant every three years if over 18 or every two years if under 18.

Grant Request Options

Applicants may request one of the following grant types:

1. Sports Expenses Grant
2. Equipment Grant
3. Funding Towards Equipment 

Application Window

The CAF Idaho grant application is open year round. Applications are reviewed on a monthly basis.
