Service: U.S. Air Force veteran and Firefighter

Challenge: Bilateral below knee amputee

Bio: Logan joined the Air Force after graduating high school. Upon completion of his military service, he became a firefighter.  Three years later, Logan was hit by a train and lost both of feet. After the 2nd day of surgeries he was given a bar to help him pull himself up out of bed which he ended up using for pull ups and doing ab workouts in bed. Within 2 weeks, he was released from the hospital in a wheelchair and was back in the gym that same day.  After 3 months of working out from his wheelchair he competed in a CrossFit competition and placed 6th.  This motivated him to compete in adaptive sports.

Logan now trains everyday with the goal of being a Paralympic bobsledder competing in the CrossFit Games. He is a certified CrossFit Level 1 instructor and is working towards earning additional certifications.
