Nicole Ludwig: Member

Daughter of Jeffery Essakow, Nicole holds the position of Protea’s Asset Manager and is also responsible for Investor Relations. As such, she oversees and executes management and value-added strategies across Protea’s portfolio and serves as a liaison between the company and its investors. Nicole’s fundraising efforts for CAF include Team Coastline, who over the past 12 years, has raised just over $1.7M.

Before joining the Protea team, Nicole worked for Kimco Realty, Shopping Center REIT as an Asset Manager for the Pacific Southwest region, and before that spent two years at Grosvenor as an Asset Manager.
