ALL NEW BASECAMP SKILLS DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM

The Skills Development Program is designed for athletes of all levels and ages to learn, develop, and refine skills across various sports. Each Program will host a cohort of 8 – 10 individuals with physical disabilities, meeting once a week, for 6 – 8 weeks, to focus on a specific sport. This structure encourages a greater understanding of the sport and fosters deep personal connections. By the end of a Skill Development Program, you will be ready to participate on a local team, head out to Idaho’s great outdoors, and maybe even introduce another athlete to the sport.

6-8 Week Program:

Participate in weekly 1-2 hour training/educational sessions designed to learn more about a sport, maximize your skill development, and produce noticeable improvements in your performance.

Expert Coaching Team:

Work with coaches who are not just experienced but passionate about helping athletes reach their full potential. They will be with you every step of the way, providing guidance, motivation, and personalized feedback to ensure your progress.

Small Group Training:

Consistently work with a small cohort of induvial creating a supportive and engaging learning environment where you can interact closely with your coaches and fellow athletes.
